I will NEVER recommend these people. During the entire bankruptcy process Russell's response to most if not all our concerns (or situations that came up that they were unprepared for) was "this is a first, I've never had this happen before". Really? You've been in business for how long? And because of their lack of knowledge, we had to wait 3 months to file from the original date that was told to us AFTER we paid him. And now that our case is discharged, we still have things on our credit report that shouldn't be there, and vendors calling us about bills that were discharged in the bankruptcy. Please, if you use this law firm for bankruptcy, make sure you do your homework first, I wish we did, we would have a lot less headache if we would have went with someone more knowledgable and helpful.
Mr. Perry's office is effecient, helpful, and dedicated to making things as easy as possible. Their service, courtsey, attention to details and one's needs are remarkable. With confidence I recommend his services to anyone in need of an outstanding attorney and staff.
