We purchased a brand called Catnapper...kinda pricey but we wanted good quality furnitue. We were told that there was a 1 month wait on this furniture. We purchased in March which then turned into a 3 month wait. So, we didn't recieve the furniture until the middle of June. But we were patient and didn't complain. So, when it finally came the delivery people tore the leather trying to get it through the doorway. There was a scratch on this tray thing you can pull down to set your drinks on which we never use so how the scratch got there I have no idea. The reclining handle has a crack on it. It works but is very sharp and I scratched my hand on it. Just a bunch of little things that shouldnt be wrong with the furniture esp.when you pay over $3000 for couch and loveseat. Still till this day we are WAITING for our REPAIRS. We are now going on 2 yrs 10 months.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/REPAIR SERVICE!!!
We've called numerous time times and still no repairs!!!
So, we would have to say we definitely are not happy with this furniture store!!!!
gotta love the furniture in here, its lovely to look at and at a great price. Its real nice and got great stuff.
