Absolute lied to my elderly parents that the contracted work was completed and basement waterproofed. They tried to reuse our failed 25 year old system to save labor & material without asking to change the contract for a new system. The above slab components (Water X-Tract) were not installed correctly and continue to leak and other areas not installed at all per contract. Cement is smeared all over exposed system and floor finish far from smooth. The owner, Rick Jacobs, has been very unprofessional and refuses to address any of the issues even after formal written notification. We have been forced to pursue legal recourse to get our basement dry. You would be very wise to select anyone else to do your basement waterproofing!!!
