In the past, I have had problems with technical support but today a cashier person who answered the phone saved the day for me. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and saved me from making a trip in to the store. She made a simple suggestion for getting my wireless mouse working again after I had changed the batteries. (Who knew there was a recessed little button you had to push to resync your mouse with the computer!) Technical support people listen up here: When I was in last year for a "computer tune up" you guys were terrible. I left the computer for a few hours and when I came back, a different person was there and no one could tell me what was happening. This happened THREE times over two days! I was a basket case and it turned out there was nothing wrong with my computer except the firewall that was operating in the Staples store. Like others, I frequent the store for its convenience. My recent phone experience is the first time I felt taken care of by professional, competent and POLITE staff at this Staples store. Hats off to this lady, maybe she can give an inservice.

I mostly purchase printer ink from here. I also buy prints from online. The only issue ive had is having to wait too long for picking up the prints that I had ordered online on multiple times. One time my order wasnt even processed even thogh I had my print out. Other than that no other problems. Friendly staff.
I went in to buy a desk that was advertised...It ended up not being in stock. The manager ordered it for me and had it shipped to my home at no additional cost.
