Post office continues to smash pkgs among news fliers! & leave letters on top of the mail boxes, which makes these letters very vulnerable to theft! This has been going on for years! Also customer service sucks! Lady manager is rude, as well as lack of understanding by women who have broken English. Many times packages have said Tracked and picked up in Sacramento, when they were suppose to be mailed to another city. & would get lost! I complained in the past, but then was targeted by the Postal Service! I started receiving damaged, smashed packages. Suddenly They wouldn't pick up my packages if I put them in the mail box, because they were to large to go out from the office mail box, but just smash all my mail right on top! Then kept sending my mail back trying to make me pay more! So I kept quiet. Now an important letter I mailed with Tracking said It was picked up in Sacramento! I called, but keeps going to Fax! This Post Office is real bad, & no concern of peoples mail!

One of the worst Post offices! There is this guy Rico who thinks he is all mighty God, and is very rude when asking questions, and harasses you when you complain of bad service! Then the manager is really rude, and doesn't care for people who are disabled! If you file a complaint, you get your mail all smashed up, and many times they won't pick up your out going mail! They also send back packages trying to over charge you saying its not enough postage? But yet had no problem before, until you file a complaint! I hate this place, and also they mess up tracking packages, or won't track them at all! Watch out if you file a complaint, since you will get smashed, bent mail, and mail coming back! But Im going to fight this, and file a bigger complaint with pictures of proof of what they have done to me! They need to get rid of the rude Manager, and Rico, the all mighty God! Then things will go much smoother for sure.
