  We adopted a Australian Shepherd/Border…

  We adopted a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie. Trina is 12 + years. Don't know exactly how old she is. We love her to death. She has given us so much joy. The SPCA was very professtional letting us come and visit her with our 2dogs. Making sure that she would get along with our dogs. Liz took her time to make sure that we could handle Trina. Thank you very much for your expertise. You put joy in our hearts. Joe & Carole Martin

  I came an veterans day and the volunteers there were uber tards they had no organization skills what so ever. I am a veteran and to see so much disorder was not good to go

  I didn't get out of the car, but there is no indication that there is a Thrift Store at the location, just animal adoption- could be wrong, but I'd call first just to make sure.

  It is where to go when you are adding to your family

  We recently adopted a dog after our family pet had passed away. We went to all of the SPCA's with in a forty mile radius and even drove up to Reno. The support staff at the Sacramento SPCA are incredibly kind and supportive. It was our first stop and 6 stops later it was out last. The pets in the facilty were some of the most well cared for of any place we visited. All locations were helpful - this place was by far the best.
