Sacino, Bertolino & Hallissy, formed in 1996, is a team of seasoned litigators with experience in a wide variety of areas of the law including, but not limited to personal injury, insurance coverage, construction defect, products liability, employment law and alternative dispute resolution. The firm has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. For over a century, lawyers have relied upon the Martindale Hubbell directory/rating system for authoritative information on the legal profession and specific attorneys. Martindale Hubbell’s peer review ratings attest to a lawyer’s legal ability, professional ethics and reflect the results obtained from confidential opinions of the bar and judiciary. The AV rating is only awarded to the most highly qualified firms. According to Martindale Hubble, only five percent of all law firms in the United States are recipients of this rating. Personal Injury/Product Liability Litigation involving personal injury arising out of auto accidents, construction site accidents, automobile and/or truck component defects, tire defect, motorcycle accidents, unsafe products, and uninsured motorist cases. Insurance Coverage Litigation and advice regarding insurance coverage issues for both the insurer and the insured, including bad faith issues, duty to defend, indemnity reservation of rights issues, waiver and estoppel issues, Cumis counsel issues, and alternative dispute resolution strategies. Alternative Dispute Resolution Richard Bertolino, one of the firm’s partners, has served as an arbitrator and judge pro tem for over fifteen years. He is currently offering mediation services in uninsured and under-insured motorist cases as well as matters involving third party disputes, including but not limited to personal injury cases, construction defect matters, and insurance coverage issues. Our office has conference rooms which are available to accommodate these services.
