I'm not sure which DMV is responsible…
I'm not sure which DMV is responsible for this hazzing.But since 2000 I have had the actions of what some one else did on my DMV print out. I was trainning as a bus driver.This guy hits my bus as I am at a red light.The officer that responded to my bus was African American adult.Cotsa Mesa Police Department will not give me his name.They should under the :Freedom of Information Act.Instead of Costa Mesa Police Department clearing this garbage now I have to call 916-657-6525. Action Corrections.According to investigator R.Cuitnings ,he is at: 714-754-5264. Can you imagine how many driving jobs this has hurt me on? Would love the opportunity to sue in the millions.Just like the Highway Patrol recently was sued.For exposing the face of a young girl from Ladera Ranch. I'm not sure which DMV can remove the garbage from my H-6 print out.They have no email address to make it hard for the average person to complain.In 2000 I was training to be a bus driver for Orange County Transportation Authority.This individual in a purple or lavender car hit my bus while I was stuck on a red light.The Costa Mesa Police officer that responded was a African American.To this day I do not have his name.The police station will not give it to me.I was told to call:916-657-6525 Actions Corrections.This is according to :Investigator R. Cuitnings (714)754-5264. This guys trash according to the front desk was purged after five years.Yet its 2012 and his blood alcohol content and all his other garbage is on my H-6 print out.All the supervisors of various DMV'S give me the run around.My email address is:agapeusmc.1@gmail.com. I wish I could sue in the millions.Just like the Highway Patrol just recently was sued for exposing an eighteen year old girls accident on the internet.The family sued for over one million. If I get a lawyer thats the amount I want.I can't imagine how many driving jobs this has hurt me on. Plus I want the name of the clerk that made this clerical error.Under the Right to Know Act.Public Records Act,and the Freedom of Information Act.Plus the name of that cop.This is hazzing and discrimination.
