Dr. Sierra is awesome. Looking forward to my next appointment next week. Dr. Sierra is helping me recover my poor eye sight in my left eye after a cornea transplant 20 years ago.

Eye Surgeon Richard Don Grutzmacher, M.D. of Sacramento Eye Consultants and Capital City Surgery Center performed eye refractive corrective surgery on my eyes, of which I had a long unexpected healing-time, unexpected home care needs and many more physical/vision problems with my eyes after surgery than before surgery. He chose to use an eye laser medical surgery device, per direct confirmation with the U.S. Federal Drug Administration, for it's non-intended or tested purpose, making my operation
much more risky, even though it was elective surgery. In the pre-surgery consult meeting these items were not discussed with me, so I could of aborted the surgery. Patient highly dissatisfied with his care, practices and surgery results.

Dr Grutzmacher did my cataract surgery a few months ago. I appreciated that he explained my condition and the process of the surgeries. He wrote down terms that were relevant so I could look them up on the Internet for more detail. I highly recommend him!
