I have been going here for many years and I never get tired of going there. I have to drive from the Antelope area and I actually look forward to that drive (if only for the mouth watering food and great atmosphere). Looking forward to the many more years and many more dishes.

This place is amazing. They are highly rated every year in Sacramento as one of the best Greek places and so I had to go and see for myself. My husband and I ordered a couple of appetizers, we were very fond of the "feta zesti" which was a large piece of grilled feta with sliced tomatoes that you eat on toasted bread. YUM. I am still dreaming about it.
One thing I cannot fail to mention is the service. Our server was quite simply, delightful. I can't remember her name but she was a sweet tall blonde girl who said she had been working there for a couple of years. She asked us if it was our first visit and when we told her yes she was very warm, professional and helpful with the menu. Her knowledge of the food was quite impressive.
We tried their traditional egg lemon greek soup and it was delicious. For dinner I had the lamb chops and my husband tried the carbonara, which came highly recommended by the server. She also suggested a white wine from Greece, I believe was called Santereenie. Superb. Honestly we hadn't stuffed ourselves like that in a very long time. The food came out promptly, hot, fresh and fantastic. Were definately adding the Greek Village Inn to our list of date places! A little secret, they accept reservations!! definately needed on the weekend. We went on a Friday night and it was busy.
