Filco Discount Centers, now Filco Superstore – Appliance, TV, Audio, Video, has been a fixture in the greater Sacramento region for more than 40 years. When Tony Saca founded the business in 1971, he was ahead of his time with his concept of an “electronics and appliance discount store”. From his first tiny Fulton Avenue location, with the store’s stock lining the aisles floor to ceiling, the business soon grew to include several locations which thrived throughout northern California. Tony’s “mom and pop” approach, with his dedication to excellent customer service was well received as the company’s loyal customer base continued to grow. Filco’s offerings also grew to include electronics ranging from simple stereos to high-end home theatre and televisions, and appliances from entry-level to top-of-the-line built-ins with full design services available from Kitchen Design Centers in-store! We also cater to local photographers, with a wide range of cameras and accessories from casual to professional. The company is now serving the region from our brand new 27,000 sq. ft. Superstore, at 1415 Fulton Ave. (adjacent to it’s long time home base and just blocks from the original location!) We now offer a greatly expanded showroom, with many top-of-the-line kitchens to view, a larger electronics selection with a professional sound room and even a huge scratch and dent selection!
