        Overall

        I would give this FedEx location a negative 5 if the app allowed it. How can 2 clerks and one FedEx driver not know how to handle shipping a prepaid shoe box. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Laguna store handled in a few minutes, no problem.
