        We went to A&A looking to replace our Miele vacuum cleaner. There were 4 other customers in the store. Nonetheless it took an inordinate amount of time before a sales person ackowledged our presence. The help seemed unconcerned about having kept us waiting. We ended up finding out that the item we wanted was in another building of their store. The information the gave us took all of 30 seconds. Someone could have come to use sooner and give use the courtesy saying "Someone will be with your shortly. What are you interested in?" Had they done that things would have been fine. The inattention and lack of concern were annoying. We'll prefer in the future to find other sources for higher end appliances. Not a good experience.
