I have had issues with my sciatic nerve for quite some time, from mountain biking. When I came across the Federal Hill Wellness Center, I was interested in the sports massage that they provided. One session with them made a big difference in my pain. The massage, paired with my own personal exercise and doctor recommendations, is helping alot. If you are looking for sports massage, or just a massage for relaxation, you should check them out. Pros: They are very flexible to my schedule. Convenient location in the Baltimore Federal Hill area. Cons: They are appointment-only, so you can't just drop in. That said, they are still very flexible to my schedule when I call.

When I first came here, I was very skeptical that it would not improve my back. But much to my surprise, I have improved tremendously. I have no headaches; I can stand and/or sit for a period of time and back does not bother me and most importantly: I can be active with my 17-month-old daughter! I am very grateful and happy for Dr. Dorn and his staff for making my visits comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!!! I will recommend Hampden Family Chiropractic to family and friends. Keep up the good work! Channa M.
Fantastic.....That is the only word that can describe the massage session I just had with this girl. One very strong sports deep tissue massage and a fantastic sensual ending with a girl who has an remarkable body for an Asian. Well worth the price of admission....
