Horrible experience. Their shady sales person gave me a bogus estimate and charged me nearly double. In fact, as I looked back at my paperwork, she didn't even include her last name anywhere in it -- her name is Jen. She is a liar and a scam artist. I paid a fortune for a professional pack job and my stuff was tossed in boxes like a kindergartener packed me. They broke expensive lamps, chipped my expensive road bike frame, broke my mother's china among many other things. Also after I asked the packers how the people who were unpacking my stuff were going to find the hardware to my bed, they said don't worry, the unpackers will know. The people who unpacked me had NO IDEA that I even paid for a full pack. We had to find the hardware. Then the unpackers put my bed together with HALF the hardware, which completely collapsed the bed the first time we slept on it. We had to take the bed apart ourselves, go to Home Depot for the hardware and then put it back together ourselves -- again, AFTER I paid a fortune for a full pack. They are absolutely atrocious. And their customer service is the worst I've ever come across in any business. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They will rip you off, break your stuff and treat you like dirt. I keep encountering an error when I try to post more than two pictures on this site. I have also submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore, after they told me insurance came with the full pack I paid for, they offered me $350 to cover the cost of the damage they did to my stuff. Unacceptable. I did not take the money, as it wouldn't cover even the smallest fraction of the damage done. Again, worst customer service I've ever experienced.
