O'Neal's Farm & Garden

I agree with james h. They are always SWAMPED! And for good reason. I have dealt with Oneals for over 30 years. It is an EXTREMELY well run business...efficient and every time I go in there multiple people ask to help me. They always load my orders for me. The prices are more than fair and the selection is outstanding. These are great people to do business with and this is one of the most popular places in Ruston to shop as a result. I own my own business as well, and sometimes people are unreasonably demanding. I doubt seriously that Jim O'Neal is one to put up with that ...and he shouldn't. A successful business owner doesn't allow customers to run all over them. EVErY CUSTOMER is equally important. I am treated with friendly service and respect every time I go there. This is a wonderful place to shop for all of your farm and garden / feed needs. Best garden plants in town....hands down!!!

I have been business with these guys for many years and have had nothing but top quality service. Everyone there has always been very nice and helpful. As to the review above, they are always very busy and yes it does sometimes take a little longer to get loaded but they do always load my orders. Some people have no patients and not for once do I believe that any employee there would ever talk to a customer like that. They must be doing something right to be so busy all they time. Don't let one bad apple ruin your experience at one of rustons best local businesses.

Spending $1,500 to $2,000 a week should get some kind of notice right? You hod at least get some kind of help with loading your order or something correct? Not according to these ppl. Wondering around with their heads in the clouds for hours while I stand and wait after calling hours in advance. I have customers waiting on me as well but do they care... No! I was rudely greeted by "the man in charge" as he loudly told me that I don't buy enough from them for them to give me any better service and if I didn't like how things were being handled then I could go some where else he even went so far as to tell me he would provide me some numbers for other businesses when I told him I would be contacting someone in regards to the treatment received. I do believe I'll looking for another location to do my bids thanx for the good advance - dissatisfied business owner.
