Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome!

Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Rumford, RI company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!
