By far the worst show of unprofessional-ism I've ever encountered. When filing for a modification of child support (had my boyfriend pick up the forms), the clerk was rude and condescending and would not answer any questions he asked. Told him to "just read the forms" 3 times. A few months later, I called to find out if a subpoena form was available, they refused to even tell me if they had it because I didn't have a case #. I explained I just wanted to be sure they had paperwork available to pick up when I needed it.
