        Overall

        Just rude, crass and unprofessional! Horrible attitudes from the clerks behind the counter. I would rather have a tooth pulled than go to the Ruckersville Post Office.

        We have had nothing but issues with our mail since we moved to ruckersville! The Charlottesville mail was great. Since our move our packages are always weeks late and according to tracking will just sit for days at the local post office before finally delivered. Wish we could have stuck w cvill mail system!

        Poor service

        Very poor customer service overall and consistently. Rude and inconsiderate. Would drive out of my way to another post office.
