Competent doctors, when you're finally able to see one that is...

I'm giving this place two stars because it's very close to where I live, and the doctors are very competent and courteous. So then, why only the two stars? Because you have to wait an extremely long time to see the doctors. They don't seem to value your time. If I have an appointment for 3 o'clock, then I expect to be seen at 3 o'clock or very shortly thereafter. Instead, on multiple occasions I've had to wait in the lobby for at least 30 mins after my appointment time. Then, I sometimes have to spend another 15 - 20 mins waiting for the doctor after the nurse takes my vitals. This is not unusual for me. Rather, being seen even remotely on time has been the exception for both myself and my wife.

Today, I waited 50 mins past my appointment time sitting in the lobby before I just gave up and walked out. The sad part for today's visit was that it was only a nurse's visit, not a doctor's visit.

When my wife's stomach was severely bloated and causing her pain several months ago we waited in the lobby for 1 hour and 5 minutes. After complaining to the staff, a nurse then ushered us into an exam room where she took my wife's vitals. We then waited ANOTHER 40 MINS before my wife demanded that I drive her home. We didn't even see her doctor that day. She did call my wife an hour later though and apologized personally. Still, my point is that if you can't see someone, then JUST TELL US. Our time is important too. I'm actively searching for a new family practice and have not decided on one yet.

Was being seen and treated for a fall back in Feb. Called them to inform them I was in pain 24/7 they gave me an apt two days later. When I showed up for the appointment they informed me it was canceled, the Dr called in sick. No other Dr could see me, it was Friday and all they could offer was an appointment on Monday. When I asked am I just supposed to suffer all weekend, they said sorry.

In emergency, can't get an appointment until next week. After trip to emergency room, was directed to get appointment with Primary Care physician to have an MRI ordered. In extreme pain. Can't get appointment until following week. What good is it to have a relationship with a multi-doctor facility if you can't get an appointment in an emergency. Not only that they were unresponsive in returrning a phone call ---- AVOID

Moved here recently and have visited Dr. Marsha Taylor several times. Found the office staff to be very courteous and prompt in request for records and information. Dr. Taylor spent a great deal of time on each visit to discuss my concerns and followed up with a phone call when necessary. Because I am in the medical profession, I understand the need to wait at times. If I had a medical emergency I expect that I would be seen promptly while non emergent patients waited.

HORRIBLE!! they waited to long to bill my insurance company for a visit, so it ended up not being taken care of and is now on my credit report!!

Sign on the door and the answe...

Sign on the door and the answering machine both say that the office is open until 5pm. Today, I called at 4:40pm, and the phone said that the office was closed and to call back between 9am and 5pm. The problem is, it was before 5pm. The phone system transferred me to administrative services, and that lady said that they people leave the office at 4:30pm. This is ridiculous! If you're open until 5pm, be open until 5pm!!!!!!!!! :-(

. I'll will never go back!!! ...

. I'll will never go back!!! Their billing system is terrible! They waited a 10 months before billing my insurance Co. In the 10 months I had changed jobs/insurance and deployed to Afg. Now it is on my credit report which was perfect/great for 25 years.
