        How can they offer help when they don'tanswer their phones? As soon as you call, it rings and then your automatically disconnected as if someone is purposely clearing your phone call. What type of public organization is this when they don't even have a voicemail system? Sounds fishy to me! People really need assistance and your not doing what your supposed to, ASSISTING!
