Extremely rude "manager"!!! After waiting in theater 16 for the movie to begin... the wrong movie started playing. Half the audience walked out and found the "manager". We were told the theater can change the movies played at any time, and told us to just find a seat in a different theater that was playing the movie we paid to see... which we personally had purchased tickets for a day prior IN ADVANCE!!! When we didnt accept that form of action, he told us to "hold that thought", and snapped his fingers in our faces to say be quiet. About 40 people were outraged!!!

Great theatre to take the kids to and the Hubby and I can see what we want
This place is disgusting. Food all over the place, rude employees, absent minded manager, and horrible movie audio.
Several times going to this theater the audio kept wigging out, it would sound like those halloween voice changers were talking to you but it was the movie's audio.
I kept giving this "cinema" another chance and another chance and yet another chance but nothing changed. Here are a few things I encountered there.
The posters that are obviously broken by the public remain that way without any help (the frog on the poster for the Princess & the Frog was broken and left there for a week, I witnessed after two weekend movie viewing that no one had done anything about it)
In a few movies there would be a group of teenagers or men who would talk in vulgar languages loudly to the screen. One woman asked an employee to do something about it, while I listened to the employee tell the woman behind me that he would stop them I figured he would and gave a slight smile myself. But he then turned from her walked back down the stairs with his blue flashlight and left. The group was not asked to quiet down or stop talking so dirty the entire time and I walked behind them as they exited the viewing room and then the theater's doors. No one talked a word to them...
Of course in many movie theaters you get the rude people who sit in front of you and whip out their cell phones and shine the light in your eye while your trying to watch a movie but have you ever had that done to you by an employee of the movie theater? I was sitting viewing the first Alvin & the Chipmunks movie when an employee doing her rounds with the flash light stopped, down near the screen close to where I was sitting, turned the light off and took out her cell phone. She texted through a bit of a portion of the movie (from where the Chipmunks freeze up at Ian the music producer or agent whatever he is, until the point when there chipmunks song comes on during the trip to the grocery store) yes, it is indeed a story that would make the manager blush...
In yet one more tale of one of my many experiences at Regal Cinemas, I and a friend went to go see The WolfMan (which might I saw 5 stars!), during which the audio goofed and sounded pixely and such the employee sat at the projector above and began yelling to us "I don't know how to work this thing!"...after a few minutes of fiddling with the trinkets up there the audio was restored but messed up again at the credits. Where the employee simply left it the way it was...
If Regal Cinemas wants my advice (which I know fully well they don't) I would say...
-Get new employees who know what it is they're doing
-Get new posters when needed or move them once they've been broken
-Clean up better
-Get some serious employees as well...

When we entered the theater we noticed a bad smell. Then, while waiting for the movie to start my husband noticed several LIVE BROWN Disgusting INSECTS (Guidelines will not let me type the exact word)on the seats all around us. This was while the lights were stll on. I can only imagine how many came out once the lights went out. We went to the manager to get our money back and told him the problem and he said he never heard of this problem before and gave us our money back. But did nothing to protect the other viewers in the theater. I will never go back to this theater again.
