Dunkin'

Nearly every time we go to this one (closest to the house), we get the wrong order.

Today we ordered ice coffee with cream and sugar and 3 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches.

We got a ice coffee with sugar taking up the bottom 1/2 inch of the cup and no cream. The sandwiches were all bacon.

The bacon part is the most annoying. My pregnant wife is nauseated by bacon. And everytime we order a sausage sandwich there they fill it with bacon. It's like they don't have bacon.

When I called I asked for a manager. The guy on the phone said he was the manager. I asked him if they have sausage in stock and told me YESSSS. When I asked why out order keeps getting messed up, he said he didn't know, he's only been there 3 days and doesn't know what's going on, and that the normal manager has been gone for 1 week!!! Besides him not taking responsibility, this place is falling apart!

What trash!

The Manager here is awesome. He will go out of his way to accomodate you. The coffee is always just right and the staff are friendly! Best dunkin donuts in wpb
