Packard Dental Center

Dr. Packard replaced a crown on a front tooth today. Excellent service! He explained every step of the process using the latest technology to take a 3D image of my teeth and Mill a perfect replacement crown. No mold necessary. I have been going to his office for 10 years now and I have 0 complaints, only great things to say. We have had minor issues with billing which have always been corrected quickly. Staff knows my family by name even when I see them at the store. I believe his prices to be reasonable. Awesome Dental Office!

I think one star is far to generous for this dental office. Nightmare after nightmare of billing issues! Now 4 years after we have paid him off, we received a letter from an attorney seeking the full $5,000 we originally paid, plus an additional $3,200 in interest, plus attorney's fees. Please wake me from this bad dream. Did I mention we are in the middle of refinancing our home? Now we probably can't because of this. Thanks Dr. Packard for screwing it up for us. Contacting an attorney now ourselves. Avoid at all costs!
