This place is a true gem for this area. Go and spend your money there. Plan events there and enjoy it's unique history and character. I am from Durham, but I currently live in Atlanta. I organized a family reunion for my relatives who live in the Durham/Roxboro area. I ...moreemailed Tom Adler about two weeks before the event that I estimated would include 20 people. He emailed me back several times to answer my questions. He sent pictures so I'd know what I was getting in terms of the \"car\" size, etc. I am super picky and wanted this event to be as good as possible because our family hadn't gathered in many years. I wanted appetizers served at 6 PM, and they were ready at 5:58 PM. They didn't miss a single beat in getting the food out to all of us. When more people showed up than we expected, they added tables to accommodate us. When we stayed passed closing time because we seriously aren't sure when we will see each other again, they didn't bat an eye. I do not have enough superlatives to properly say how much I appreciate the incredible job they did. They helped make this night incredibly special for our family. I have a feeling we will be doing this annually at Clarksville Station in Roxboro! Thanks again!view less
