This is one of the remaining Family Dentist in a small town environment. To begin with the Staff is very comforting and put the patient at ease. There is no rush for the X-rays
by a charged 20 something as other places. Hygenist is very friendly and there is
nothing Scaring about her.
Doctor Mysee is involved to the fullest and is very thorough in explaining the condition , if one exists and helps in every way possible to fix the problem.
In my particular case, I had a bad tooth under a Bridge which was causing all kind of
pain in my gums and outside across temples. Dr. Mysee figured it out after looking at
the X-Ray of the Bridge and suggested to take off the Bridge without any Charge.
I am glad I listened to him, Dr. Mysee spent about 30 minutes and with gentle touch of
tools , took the Bridge off with no Blood or Pain. He was gracious to Refer me to a
Orthodontist not far from his office for very next day.
The Orthodontist after an X-Ray found the Tooth Decayed badly(it had a Root Canal done by a Foriegn Doctor 3 years ago) and Extacted it.
Waiting for 6 weeks for the gums tp heal, mean time Dr. Mysse 's Office had sent a Pre-Determination for the New Bridge to my Dental Insurance. Hopefully Insurance will Chip in, but the Discounted Price for the Bridge Dr. Mysse offered is still a real break.
I can no be more happier to find Dr. Mysse who was referred to me by a Office Colleague.

The dentist is great, gentle and respects the fear people have about dental work. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for when arriving for my appointment. They handled a dental emergency on the weekend, Dr. Mysse even took the call himself at his home.
I would have given them 5 stars, except that they are not open on Friday. -

I was happy with my visit there. My appointment was pleasant. Everything was hygienic and well kept and I will definitely be back. If you are checking for a doctorthat you can feel comfortable coming to as needed, this is your place. I highly recommend it and you won't be dissatisfied.

I've been going to Dr. Mysse for 3 years already. The service is always thorough, fast, and he is very informative of every step of the cleanings. I'm very comfortable asking questions and the staff is always friendly. I have referred 3 friends of mine and each have positive raves.....GREAT JOB!!!!

Dr. Mysse is an excellent dentist -- he's informative, kind and gentle and uses some of the latest technology. My family has been going to Dr. Mysse for years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. If you are looking for a really mellow dentist with an excellent staff -- this is your place! I am thrilled I found this place. We went there for my wife to have her annual checkup. My family is new to the Round Rock community of Forest Creek, so we looked online for reviews to choose a good local dentist. Dr Mysse had good reviews and reportedly worked well with children. That was one of our criteria since we have a 2 year old. What a mistake! To give a little background, Eva is 5' tall and 103 lbs. First we were told to come early to fill out paperwork. We arrive 30 minutes early to be sure and find the office. We completed the paper work quickly along with insurance documentation. However, we were still made to wait an hour after her appointment time before the hygienist tok her to a chair ...(1.5 hours total). My wife told the dentist that her teeth seemed generally a little sensitive and wanted to make sure she had no cavities, etc. They did a thorough set of X-rays and said everything was fine. As Dr Mysse started a routine cleaning, Eva told him it was hurting and asked that he take it easy. He said OK, and continued. Eva squirmed and tried to take the pain but he continued as if he didn't see her pain. Finally, screaming, she touched his arm to let him know she needed him to stop. Dr Mysse, immediately threw a fit. Without apologizing or considering that she was in pain he told her that he could not treat her because she had touched him. It seems strange any Medical Professional would feel fine with causing her to squirm and yell. At the same time he was upset and concerned that this tiny woman might touch his arm when he didn't slow down or stop hurting her despite screaming in pain! Dr Mysse rudely picked up her purse without asking permission, dumped them in her arms and told her to leave. He then turned his back and stormed away. We looked at his staff perplexed and they just shrugged and said we had to leave the office. On top of this, Dr. Mysse attempted to bill the insurance company as if he had completed a full dental cleaning instead of the 1 minute exam and cleaning of 2 teeth that he had performed. Despite his previous years of experience, I can't imagine letting him touch any children or any adult for that matter. It is not like my wife, son and myself haven't seen other good dentists in the past. Dr Mysse clearly has issues performing his work professionally! Regardless of whether he was having bad day, this is totally unacceptable behavior. Judge for yourself if this is the dentist you want to visit but you have been given a fair review of our experience.Response from robert
I obviuosly had a diffent experience with this encounter. My response is to ask you to check dentist round rock on yahoo and you will see 52, 5 star reviews of ratings from 1 to 5. we are doing things right.
