        This place is terrible, fuel filter fell off after the "pros" installed it, so my truck stalled in the middle of driving. They all try to lie, I had done a tune up to my truck 2,000 miles ago at that time & the guy said I needed new spark plugs, a new clutch & to change my transmission & differential fluid, no thanks I checked all that liars.

        Everytime I go to Pit Pros, they are fast, friendly, and honest. They only ask about replacing things like air filters when they are actually needed. Most of the time they don't ask at all and when they do, I have my husband replace for me and he concurs that it was necessary. They gave me 2 - $5 off coupons today and they gave me 3 passes for free to the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast that they had pre-paid for to support our community in Round Rock. This is a great local business that supports the local community. I will continue to go back with all my vehicles!

        thats the place to go.... i just got to say that the people were freindly.. and they hooked me up with discounts... my transmission serv. was over a 120.00 dollars at the dealer.

        pit pros did it for 89.00.. that place is cool and i'll be back..

        I have a luxury car and never take it to anywhere other than the dealer for my services. My husband took it to Pit Pros to get the inspection done three days prior to the due date, unfortunately it failed because of a bad tire. My tires were special ordered by a tire dealer and was replaced by 5:15 on Oct. 31. Pit Pros closed at 5:30, i went there by 5:25 and they had already closed. An old man came to the door screaming that the machines are all shut down. All I needed was my sticker that I was promised after the tire was replaced.The few times I had to deal with them, service at Pit Pros has always been bad. They don't answer their phones and the employees are extremely rude. I will never go there for my inspection again.
