I would give them ZERO stars if I could. So called 'guarantee' is only good until you sign the invoice and give them a payment. Charges you for repair even if NOTHING is repaired as a part of their so-called "flat rate". Advertise $29.95 service calls that don't exist. The $29.95 is a dispatch fee for showing up and knocking at your door.

Use the BBB symbol in their ads, but are NOT members. A farce of a company whose franchisees are riding on name recognition. Recognize this....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Customer service is non-existent all the way up there GM. If you have a problem they don't return your calls until you call corporate.

I have a bad outlet that has went out again. This company checked my outlets in the Kitchen and replaced two outlets back in 2018 so those two went out again. Fast Forward to November 10, 2021-Dana from Mr Electric called me an hour before my scheduled appointment to cancel. This was totally unprofessional where I was waiting for a few days for this appointment. I waited most of today to for the electrician and rearranged my schedule. They are very unprofessional, rude and lack empathy for their customers. I will never use this company again. The last appointment from Mr. Electric in July was just as terrible where the automated light panel does not work where I was overcharged and the lights stay on all the time due to the electrician's negligence. They have no pride in their work. I will not recommend this company. They only see you as a way to enrich their company.

I can only speak to the professionalism of our tech, Daniel Stakes but if he is indicative of the people that Mr. Electric Employs, I would definitely recommend them as well. Mr. Stakes came to our house on Christmas Eve to diagnose some power issues we were having. He showed up on time and despite being dragged out on a holiday, was very personable and courteous to me and my family. He completed his work in a timely fashion all while putting up with all of my questions. He then gave me easy to follow advice and insights to follow to avoid future problems. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Daniel!

Thoroughly satisfied with this company after having two separate technicians offer excellent service. I used Mr. Electric before in June 2018, I searched around for electricians to find a short that caused my garage door not to open and the lights would not come on. The technician took his time searching for the problem, discovered it and fixed it at a cost which was substantially less than the competition. I had a similar problem in December 2018 when my hall lights and half of my Family Room loss power. Once again after searching for expertise and a good price, Mr. Electric came to my rescue and Brian was as professional as could be along with being extremely knowledgeable. I will always use Mr. Electric for all of my electrical needs and I highly recommend them.

Responsive, very informative. Technicians are skilled, warranty is very good. The walk-thru post service is extremely helpful.

Dennis Thomas installed two ceiling fans in my home. He was polite, professional, timely and clean. I'll call Mr. Electric again!

I would highly recommend Dennis Thomas as an electrician. He was very professional with troubleshooting of my problem confident and efficient. In a very short period of time he found the problem and fixed it.
I am very happy that I called Mr Electric because I was told by another person ( called himself an electrical) who looked at my situation and said that I have a major electric wire damage and to fixe it I need to brake the walls !!!
Dennis saved me a thousand dollars and peace of mind. He also installed an equipment to prevent my property from possible damage.

My electrician was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and said it was the responsibility of the power company to repair. He then waited until the power company could arrive. I could not ask for better service.

I came home from a week long conference to find the lights not working in the kitchen late on a Sunday afternoon. I called Mr. Electric and they took my information and someone called me back within 15 minutes to let me know that they would have someone to my house between 8 am and 11 am on Monday as all their electricians were still out on calls. I received a call at 8:15 am on Monday from the dispatcher giving me the technician's name and the had just left the office and should be there within the next 30 to 40 minutes. The electrician showed up before 9 am, listened to the problem and the troubleshooting that I had already done then went over my options for the service and the associated pricing and answered all my questions before doing any work. I selected the service I wanted, the electrician was extremely thorough, cleaned up after himself and very courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend this company.
