Charter Communications

This is the worse service ever. I have a bundle and something goes out everyday. The internet goes out at odd times, the telephone which I rely on for my alarm system goes on and off & television is really, really bad, it freezes; does not change channels correctly, it takes forever while going black & then black with squiggly lines and the channel eventually comes in; it has started to change channels by itself while I am watching a show, GO FIGURE!!!!!!
