Kozy Yak Brewery

This is a fun little brewery that serves up home made cheesy bread, pizzas, and pretzels. During spring through fall, I try to make it there once a month on my way up to our cabin. Every time I go in there, they have a different set of 4 - 6 beers on tap - great variety and great flavors. Rose and Rich are the owners and are quite humble with what they provide to the customers. It is in a house in what would be considered "downtown" Rosholt that can be easily missed. The inside is smaller but kitchy and comfortable. There is also a larger deck that you can sit out on as well. Go in, have some samples, order up a pizza or cheesy bread and enjoy the experience. They are very reasonably priced and they have a regular following of people. If you are in the Stevens Point/Wausau/Amherst area, give them a try! Check their hours ahead of time and if you want pizza/cheesy bread by 8:00 or later, call ahead.
