        Overall

        Arcola municipal court is a total joke! They live off of traffic tickets. they treat their police officers like peons.
        totally disorganized court, they have one prosecutor for 100 people. if you contest your ticket, be prepared to take a day off from work.
        Garbage! never travel through this city.
