        Overall

        What a nightmare. About 2 of the people that have waited on me in the pharmacy have been perfect; however, the other 2 or 3 I would not wish on my worst enemy. The one person that waited on me was a Nigerian woman who started out very friendly and nice; but, when she was unable to help me in a professional manner she was so rude that I felt like I was in a bad dream. Never before in my entire life have I been treated so poorly and in such an unprofessional manner. She literally started waving her arms back and forth like she was mentally ill as if to tell a plane to stop at before it was going to hit her. She refused to speak with me and walked away. In most jobs that is grounds for dismissal. I do not know if this woman was a pharmacist or a tech. Meanwhile I have a Daughter who had brain sugary and left the pharmacy in a complete state of shock and bewilderment. What makes this worse is that I am a very cordial, polite person who treats people with respect and dignity.
