A & E Appliance Service

He was on time, very pleasant and polite. He got to work right away told me the issue with our dryer and how much it would cost (which was reasonable) fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess. We are very pleased with his work. We have used your service in the past and have always been happy with who you send and the work they do. We definitely recommend your service.

my dryer stopped heating a couple of days ago--I did not know who to call & was thinking of just buying a new dryer--saw the current prices of dryers & checked around for a good repair person--it is worrisome as you really don't know how good of a job you will get--a couple people told me to call A & E--glad I did--

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He explained about the inside of my washer, and he also cleaned it out after he was done with the job. He went above and beyond. I have been going to A&E appliance, for over 20 years, and will continue to do so.

Once again A & E came through for me. I called and gave Brian the information about my stove; make/model, what the issue was and he knew right away what part I needed. They had it in stock and he remembered speaking to me and all of the information about my stove when I got there to pick it up hours later.
We have used A&E for years and will continue to do so. Anytime someone I know needs appliance parts or service I will continue to recommend them.

As far as parts are concerned, come here as a LAST RESORT, and be prepared to get GOUGED. Needed an Igniter for my Sears drier on a Saturday. Could have driven to Repair Clinic in Canton and got 1 for under $20, or ordered it online any number of places and waited 2 days. Came to A&E instead and knowingly paid $42.50 just for the convenience. MANY friends report the same experience. Guy at the service counter was rude on top of it. Could have at least SMILED as he ripped me off!

I needed an a/c capacitor which I could have bought online for ten bucks, but decided to purchase it from ae. How much more could itbe? Live and learn, they charged 50 bucks for the exact same part. I could have refused to pay and gotten the part elsewhere, my bad. Just wont be doing any more business with this establishment. I feel like I paid installed price rather than a fair part price.

Been using them for 35 years. Decided to give someone local a try and decided to never do THAT again. A&E is the best and friendliest!!

Called at 8:30 am the service man arrived about 10:10am our refrigerator was fixed by 10:45am. Great service, so happy, would definitely recommend them

I want to thank A and E Appliance in Roseville MI,for the great service on my washer.They came right out the same day,had the part on the truck,and were resonable and honest with me! Be sure to call the original A and E Appliance Service,don't make the mistake of calling the nationwide AE Factory Service,they do the warrenty work for Sears,Kenmore,Maytag,Whirlpool...Looks like alot of the bad reviews on this site talk about warrenty work through calling Maytag and Sears.THAT IS NOT THIS COMPANY!!!

I went there because my gas range was not heating and they told me that it was my igniter. They helped me on how to take my range apart and how to install the part, sure enough that's exact what it was and I saved myself from having to pay for a service call. The guys that work at there shop are always so courteous and helpful when I call for help. I also had them out for service on my refrigerator and there service man was very professional about the work he did and the price was very reasonable.



I always recommend A and E to everyone I know because they will be in good hands with this company and will be treated fair and will never be taken advantage of.

Bad customer service!

I just called to see if someone can come out to take a look at my refrigerator, and when I called, a guy answered and was super rude and had the worse attitude. How do you obtain business by answering your phones like that? Very unproffesional. Just lost my business and all it took was 20 seconds on the phone.

Our GE Fridge went out yesterday afternoon; Called A&E at 08:30 John arrived by 10:30....on SATURDAY. He was done by 10:55. Knew immediately what the problem was. No delay. My parents used this company for appliances repairs for over 40 years. Glad to see that this small business remains customer focused and service oriented. I called A&E Appliance Repair, (not to be confused with A&E Factory Service linked to Sears). I have a Maytag stackable washer that needed repair, and called them because I know they have been around for many years and have been there to buy parts to do my own repairs. The repairman came out, diagnosed the problem in a short time, and fixed it. He is a man of character. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

When I first called A&E to service my refrigerator, they came out promptly and replaced a part. The service man explained that if this doesn't work, then I will need a new compressor. The next day my fridge was still not cooling. I called A&E and spoke with the service man. He said that he would call me right back. Two hours later he still had not called me back. I called A&E again and they said that the service man would be calling me back. I took a day off work to wait for the service man to call me back and replace the compressor. He never called me. I spent $155 for a part that did not fix the problem and they blew me off after that. I hope they lose a lot of business as a result of this review. I don't know how this company stays in business.

everyone I know in the area recomends them, they have been around for a while and certainly know what they are doing!
