        Just so so on the service here. I was in the store 3 different occasions to purchase new phones and service, for a total time of over 4 hours. Between technical difficulties and the girl I was supposed to see being on lunch even though I came back at the time she said to--it was ridiculous.

        Nothing special to report about my experience. The customer service was fine. The wait was so long I went and got a Starbucks while I waited.

        Went inside to do an early upgrade on a phone and they were so busy that I didn't get anybody to help me before I had to leave for another appointment. I waited for 26 minutes and they were still not available. Oh well, looks like I'll have to handle this on the phone with Verizon.
