        I was about to sell direct to Open Door and met Brendan at an open house. He told me the process they use. I wasn't sure what to think, but it happened just the way he said. Basically, they try to scare you into thinking you're better off with them and they end up jacking you weeks into it with high repair demands and scare tactics. So, I canceled and gave Brendan a call. He made it all easy and we netted $33,000 more than what OD was going to give me. Super professional, great looking marketing, and he showed me some tricks he does for selling that got bay area buyers to offer on the house. It went way over list after the first weekend. He even helped me paint. He also helped me buy my new home, which went very smooth and we beat out a dozen offers by using Brendan's advice for a creative offer that wasn't even over the list price. I can't tell you how much I respect what he did for us and would recommend him to anyone.

        The last time I bought a home was in 2002 and boy how things have changed! I was fortunate to have Brendan recommended to me by one of his past clients to walk me through the process. His knowledge is vast and his team of support never skipped a beat. From finding the home, to negotiating all the details, to the financing, he was there. You should expect that from any agent, but the ways he went above and beyond for me, it showed he really cared about getting me the best value and the right home.
