Dirt Busters Car Wash

Love the local feel of this carwash! They are always willing to go the extra mile when you need help! Recently had an issue with tree sap on the hood of my car and they tried their very best to get it off with everything they had.

I like Dirtbusters however: at this location I know they didn't clean the inside of my back window. There are still hand prints from a kid that put his hands on the window back there. Shame.

This is a good car wash, one of the most reputable. Car will come out looking real nice. Waiting area is nice. The only negative is that they get backed up after car comes out of wash so takes a while for the guys to dry it, do tires and retrieve car.

Mediocre car wash. At least I didn't pay a lot for a quick exterior wash, but hopes it would get more of the road grime off.

This car wash does a good job cleaning. The last time I went I had the supervisor out there and he endured all the cars were perfect before they left! Good supervision noted.

Always walk away with a clean car. They have different options to choose from and even a barbers chair inside.

Great place to get your car cleaned. They have different packages to choose from if you want a regular wash or a supreme clean.

I like the convenience of this place but they don't always do the best job. I paid extra to have my upholstery cleaned and it seemed like the chemical cleaner they used attracted dirt because it got dirtier faster. Stick to the regular car wash.

Another great place to get your ride cleaned. They have a great system and the wait is never too long. They pay attention to detail!

I had no idea these guys fixed chips in windshields! I had two to fill and they made it a quick and easy process. The gal at the counter was very friendly and patient. ..while I looked up my groupon voucher this morning. I like that there is plenty of seating space inside in the a/c, an outside area with tables AND free wifi while you wait.

I have been going to Dirt Busters on Douglas Bl. in Roseville for a couple of years and I was very pleased in the past because I felt they were the best. Therefore I didn't mind driving the 45 minutes it took to get there. Well I don't know what's going on there, but I went there yesterday and it was a terrible experience. One of the TV stations was advertising they were having a special where you could get 5 car washes for $50. So I called Dirt busters and asked them how I could participate in their offer and they told me to drive out and they would take care of everything so I did. When I paid for my car wash I asked the young lady about the special. She looked at me like a deer caught in my headlights and said she didn't know anything about it. I asked her to find out and she left for a considerable length of time. When she returned she said she spoke with the manager who said they couldn't help me, they knew nothing about it and I would have to go back home and go on line to find out how to make the purchase then she turned and walked away. Well I wasn't too happy with her answer or the fact the manager didn't have the courtesy to come out of his office and speak with me. I then went outside to wait for my car which was a considerable length of time when I noticed one of their employee's talking in a loud voice, complaining about one of their workers taking a very long break. About then the employee came running out of the area where the cars come out with his pants unzipped. Well I wondered what was going on there other than washing cars. Then my car finally came out and another person drove it out and preceded to open the back door of my car and remove a large plastic container and carried it to the area where all the wet rags were. I discovered later they were wet rags. Then the man, still with his pants unzipped proceeded to wipe the windows of my car with the same rag he used for wiping the tires which as you can imagine made for dirty streaked windows. They finally told me my car was ready so I walked to my car and the man, still with his pants unzipped couldn't find my keys until he looked under the car and gave them to me. I open the back door to see what the condition of the seat was after them using my car as their supplies mover and the seat and floor were wet and dirty and I know they weren't that way when I took the car in. The man with the unzipped pants was nowhere to be found. I got behind the steering wheel and found some sticky substance all over it. Well, I'm glad now no one their knew about buying the advance washes because I have no intention of ever returning to Dirt Busters. Perhaps they should change their name.
