Sorry to say but this location had the worst customer service wait ever!! And actually their service is very pricey although they have been willing to work with me to get my basic bill down unfortunately their tech service via phone does not seem to know very much and I am usually left to figure out issues on my own. I stuck with them because I don't like my other options
We have had Dish for the past three years, During that time, our receiver broke down and I had to drive to the location on Main Street pick up a new box. They were very accommodating and I didn't even have to wait in line to get help. The customer service person was very friendly and I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes.
Have had for 10 years now and never complain. They stay current with new devices and services. Great on demand and now voice feature. Customer service is great too, recently installed son's out of area cable and internet and the set up was painless.
I love this cable television company. They are very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They have a great selection of channels to choose from.
