Overall

ROSENBERG LOCATION: Trusted them to repair my wedding ring and they failed. A four year old could have done a better job. Very disappointed in the quality of their workmanship. They tried to convince me they completed good work but the ring came back looking like a cheap replica of what was once a gorgeous quality piece. Still have the prong snag issue I wanted repaired. Very disappointed that I trusted them! I highly recommend NOT going there!
