The men who brought the equipment & set it up were outstanding. Professional and courteous. The girls who answer the phones at the Rosedale office are rude and incompetent.Their scheduling management skills are non-existent. After being told that there was someone at the house to accept delivery & allow setup before the patient was sent home, they completely relayed the wrong messgae & told the delivery men that no one there & to go somewhere else. Then they sent the equipment to the wrong address & they were very snotty and nasty on the phone. I will not call this service again if I need one because of the women in the office.
