        A real bad experience from the time a phone call was made to this business. Very curt person on the other side of the phone. First answer to a question about tankless water heater was " it is expensive , do you want to do it ? ' .
        The tech who came for a site visit and estimation was equally condescending . No friendliness , no presentation of credentials . I guess they like the dollar more than the relationship . Disappointed a half a century old company have not got their process correct .
        Sure ownership is not aware of this perception / culture building in the company.
        BAHR ...i wish you well but sorry , i do not think we should meet again
