I've worked in the Whitemarsh area for 9 years in hospitality. Every time I've called to have a ride scheduled for a guest they woman answering the phone was very rude. Not only did she hang up on me while I was still talking, I had to call back multiple times because she either sends them to the wrong location or they're late. As a suggestion, maybe get the correct ETA of the driver rather than making it up yourself. She doesn't have you hold to check the ETA of the driver, she just says "he'll be there right away" or "they're on the way" before blatantly hanging up on you. Today for the first time I called back and told her she was not to hang up on me and I got the name of her manager. Apparently it is Pam, and apparently Pam does not have a last name. Also, Pam only comes in around 4am in the morning. Might just have to wait up to speak to Pam and express my concern for her company as a whole.
