been living in my apt since 2003 raintree took over last year have already raised my rent 50 dollars they don't care about there tenets or don't give a shit if u need something fixed they wont call back recently they moved in a nice couple above me with a large pit bull as a companion animal wow what is this world coming too and raintree I hope this dog doesent hurt any of the three children that live in my building.

Raintree is the absolute greediest, awful management company in the area. Avoid it at all cost. Two years ago my wife found out she had a brain tumor. After all this time in Portland and thinking here recovery was at a stand still, we decided to move back to Douglas County from Portland. We have family there, it's cheaper and with a two year old son, it made sense. So we found a place through Raintree, paid a deposit and were scheduled to move in a few weeks later. Less than 48 hours we found out there was a new procedure that will fix my wife eyesight (which was effected because of nerve damage from the two brain surgeries she went through). However, the surgery and physical therapy she would need to recover is only in Portland. So we made the decision to stay put. We immediately called Raintree to tell them we had to stay (less than 48 hours later). They told us we were still going to have to pay a half months rent because we signed the deposit. they will screw you over you give them your deposit don't expect to get it back no matter how hard you try. they will nickel and dime you for every little thing even when you clean and keep everything in tip top shape do not rent from them this is a warning
