Bonnie's Floral

Wonderful experience ordering at Bonnie's Floral. I am also from out of state and have never had a problem with delivery. The staff was very helpful and the arrangement my grandmother received was very beautiful. I would order from Bonnie's Floral again, and in fact have. Never had an issue!

I ordered flowers through Bonnie's Floral for a funeral of very close family for the loss of their baby girl. I made the mistake of calling by phone and asking for a plant for $50.00. Total cost with tax and delivery was closer to $60.00. When we arrived at the church next to the rest of the floral bouquets my plant with a ribbon well below the bushed out almost overgrown plant was hardly visible. Our tag with names almost at the floor level for people to see. I was embarrassed at what I received compared to the beautiful flower arrangements they had done for other people who asked for cut flowers. I should have asked when I paid for them the following morning to see what they had in mind. I was very disappointed, Paulette.

Horrible experience! Being from out of state, I always try to give my business to a local florist. I recently ordered flowers to be delivered requesting a certain delivery date. The flowers were not delivered, nor was I notified of the delay. When I called to inquire they stated they were to busy, even though my order had been placed well in advance. Their attitude seemed to be that it was no big deal, almost as if they were doing me a favor. I would have cancelled the order but it was to close to the event. Flowers were finally delivered 2 days later!! Perhaps they should change their website to read "We deliver whenever WE want!" I will never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone!!!
