Paula's Silver & Gold

I bought my daughter a pair of boots for christmas, I asked if she didn't like or they didn't fit could I return them and I was told yes as long as I had the receipt (I will add that I paid full price for the boots). The boots were too big, so when we went back to the store, they didn't have the size we needed, and then I was told by Paula that we couldn't have a refund, all I could have was a gift card to use in her store. I was told they have been doing that for 17 yrs (then she just rudely walked away from me before I could respond). I am surprised they have customers...I said about 10 years ago that I would go back because I was followed around like a criminal. Shame on me I guess for going back, you can believe I won't ever go again.

I'very always felt watched or pushed. Love the stuff, but avoid the store because of the employees. Wish it was a joyous experience, but not really.

Went into Paula's Boutique this morning and purchased my daughter a monogramed jacket. They couldn't monogram while we wait so we left and came back 3 hours later and still not done so we walked around the store to shop some more. The sales rep was rude and said we will call you when it's done as if she wanted us to leave but we did not. When we finally got the jacket the monogram was not done correctly the last letter in the monogrammed was to far from other letters. When I told them they said our machine does it that way we don't have control of it. They said we can pull the stitches out and try to fix it but it will leave holes in the material. My thought was I thought you didn't have control of the machine?? Paula your store messed it up and you should have replaced the entire jacket and corrected the monogram. After reading all the other reviews on your store I can't believe you are still in business. I have bought numerous book bags and lunches boxes from you and never had a problem with the monograming. I will not be back in your store and you better believe this complaint will be sent to the Better Business Bureau.

I love to go to Paula's because I know they will have the latest styles in sunglasses and purses at a reasonable price. IThe store is always neat and very up to date with all the merchandise they sell. The staff is also friendly and efficient.

Handbags for everyone. Owner and staff are very pleasant and helpful. Lots of cute items that are inexpensive.
