I've had this service for one year, anytime a holiday is near my pick up day my garbage is not picked up. It was annoying to call them each time they missed me. This happened about 4 times over the course of a year. They have a message machine for the "Supervisor on Call" to return calls from, however no one ever returns your call, prompting yet another call in to ask for a pick up. When I finally did call to cancel the service, the operator acted as though she could care less I was dropping the service. I have switched providers hopefully a smaller company will value me as a customer.
