Rosalini's Pizza and Subs

The people were friendly and welcoming, the food was made fresh and came within 15 minutes, and the store is beautiful. The only complaint I have is that on busy days like Friday and Saturday they are slower than usual, but that's to be expected. Finally, I love how patient they are with me as I'm allergic to gluten and lactose and are willing to work around it. Awesome place!

We are fairly new in the area and had met with some friends from further north (9 of us total) at Rosalini's, it was ok, nothing to write home about though. Don't like that they "bake" their french frys. Steak Sub - 3 of us had, was not that good, kids had pizza - it wasn't that tasty either, disapointing. They also serve it at the local (Granite Falls Pool) no wonder I saw lots of people bring in Little Cesars Pizza (not that I care much for that one either). But that is what I saw. Though none of us tryed the "Barbecue" I think it strange a Pizza place should serve it ! Do they want to be know for Pizza or Barbecue ? Which is it ? We gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered take out another day, just so-so. Service was fine - but food rules ! Not going back again.

Ordered an eggplant sub and pizza from Rosalini's 45 minutes ago. I asked for extra sauce with my sandwich. When I called the young girl answering the phone insisted there was three layers of sauce on it. I told her I was digging through it while we were on the phone and I could only find about a teaspoon of sauce on each side. Instead of sending the delivery boy back with what I ordered (a tub of sauce), or god forbid offer a coupon like the good ol' days, she just kept insisting it was already on there. The cheese was also pasted to the eggplant, indicating there was hardly any on it. It's supposed to be saucy and cheesy. Pizza is a little below Papa John's in quality, but delivery times are good. They get 2 stars only for the quick delivery.
