        Overall

        They treat their employees horribly, and the owners don't put in the work needed for a spa. They are very inconsistent and the membership is so misleading and a rip off. This place is a joke. I wouldn't be surprised if they closed their doors for good tomorrow.

        Overall

        Cancelled my wife's appointment that she scheduled 2 weeks ago by calling her an hour before because they can't keep track of their staffing and it will be over a week before they can get her in again. Didn't even attempt to fix their oversite. Won't be going here anymore.
