Robert and his son came to my house and I installed a new toilet in my guest bathroom. They were very professional and didn't charge me an outrageous price. Thank you, I will be calling this company for any other future plumbing problems.

I recently had JR's Plumbing install me two high rise commodes because I am disabled and handicapped. Within an hour they were here and installing the commodes, AWESOME JOB! Reasonable priced! And a GREAT Personality! 5+ STAR RATING! I would for sure hire them again for any Plumbing troubles in the future.

Recently after major surgery my toilet was just not tall enough. I called for handicap installation. Not only did they show up quickly, they got everything including hand rails installed quickly and professionally. The toilet is awesome saves water and has made my recovery much easier and pleasant. Thank you guys for always coming through for me. You are my go to plumbing company for value and professionalism.

I was searching for a plumber to replace our failed hot water heaters. After reading reviews, I decided to give JR's Plumbing a call. Robert arrived promptly at our agreed upon time, provided a fair estimate, and got the job done as promised. Happy with the quality and timeliness of his work! I would call him for future repairs and recommend him to others.

Gas company shut off my gas due to a small leak where the gas line meets the house. First called Town & Country Plumbing, but they didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing (they couldn't even find the gas line into my house) & I got a quote of $3240.00.



Called JR's, and Robert & his son came out. Did a much better job actually looking to find the problem. Found the problem, offered a much more comprehensive evaluation of the problem, and even saved me money by asking if I wanted to do some of the digging myself, which I did. After it was all said & done, gas back on, new pipe & fitting, only $452.00, so about 1/8 of what the competitor's estimate was.



I will use JR's for all my future plumbing needs.

Robert is very professional, he knows his business. I was very pleased with his work. If I need a plumber I will only call J R'S plumbing.

Jr's came out to my place in Seligman Missouri to hook up a waterline, on a Saturday. He got the job done right and was real fair on his price. I'll be calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for your help

JR just got done today running a new water line for a water hydrant I wanted out by our chicken coop and garden and also a new line from the water meter to the house. It was done in a very timely manner and did not exceed the cost of what he told me it would be. I even asked if he could dig out some tree stumps for me while the backhoe was there, and he got it done. I thrive on being honest and efficent in the handyman/ remodeling work that I do, so I really appreciated JR and those same qualities in him from start to finish. If I need any more plumbing work done I will definitely be calling him and I would suggest him to those who need and upfront, no bull, honest, reputable, efficent, timely, trustworthy and good ol' country guy who is very proficient and a master at what he does.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Robert Martin is an extremely nice and honest plumber, he pretty much immediately found the problem that no one else had thought of! Who knew the hand bars in tubs can leak?! Mine was made a mess in my closet carpet. He told me to call with any more problems and I certainly will. I have dealt with a few plumbers and he is truly the best. He even took the time to fix 2 other issues he hadn't planned and charged me very reasonably, thank Robert Martin!!

Our 20 year old water heater finally bit the dust on a Sunday and failed catastrophically, flooding our basement. We were really in a bad way with no hot water, so I called Robert just after 7am the following Monday. Robert answered right away and let me know he'd be here between 8:30 and 9:00 am. He showed up right on time and was extremely helpful in recommending a new unit that would suit our needs. After giving him the OK he left to go pick up the new unit and was back with it in a matter of minutes to begin the installation. The particle board platform the water heater sat on was badly water damaged and sagging. Even though carpentry is not normally within the scope of his service, he cheerfully repaired the platform with materials I had on hand and also extended it to accommodate the slightly larger new unit. Robert completed the installation in record time and the new water heater works flawlessly, exceeding our expectations, and at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for EXCELLENT service done right, professionalism, honesty and integrity from a plumber that knows what he's doing and who genuinely cares about his customers, then you need look no further than JR's Plumbing. Robert is truly a rare breed in this day and age. We couldn't be more pleased - very highly recommended!

Robert just might be the most amazing person I have ever met. He was more concerned for my family then anything else. He restored my faith in humanity. I would and will recommend them to anyone.

Just had JR plumbers install a new 40 gallon water heater and they did an excellent job... were very professional and did the job right away.... no waiting ... very pleased with their work.. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks, guys!!

I just want to say how great martin has been to my family throughout this. He put in all the plumbing in my mobile home and made sure to even take his time and walk me through how make sure the plumbing stays in great shape. Even though my land is like trying to dig through a gaint asteroid he got it done with a smile on his face :). Just want to thank you again martin for being the best plumber!!!:-) A+

I woke up at 5:30am to the pipes in my house roaring! I called Robert and both him and Jason came right out! After having to dig up the yard to replace the pressure gauge we discovered that almost everything was blown. They replaced the hot water heater, bladder, two outside faucets, inside kitchen faucet, and fixed the toilet. Bless their hearts they worked very hard and got it all done quickly! They're pricing was very reasonable and up front about how much and what absolutely needed to be done. They were understanding about my budget and were able to help cut costs where they could instead of insisting on everything needing to be brand new instead of just replacing the parts that were broken. I will forever be a loyal customer! They saved me and got here in just in time before all hell broke loose!

I've also had them fix the gas line to my fire place and again helped me to cut costs where I could and didn't try to over sell me on things that weren't needed. I've tried three other plumbing company's and this one by far is the farest price, quickest response, and most honest! Thank you guys soooo much!

Have had Robert and Jason out to do a couple of repairs...from the well pump to the kitchen faucet and am nothing but pleased with the results. The quality of their work and materials is excellent. I recommend them highly and know that I have someone I can rely on when a problem arises. I would give the A+ rating!

Make sure you get the quote in writing from them. they showed up and did the work the same day but charged double the quote!! an hour worth of work and charged 3 hours? wont be using them again...

I had a chance to use this family owned Company on 7/14/14. The under promised and over delivered. The young man Jason was outstanding. Will use them again if ever a need.

I have had two separate business dealings with this company and both occasions were great. They are honest and always available. I can attest to the other reviewers here who claim they work nights and/or weekends at no extra expense.

The first time I hired them I needed both water heaters replaced in our house. Not only did they come out and actually do the work the day I called for an estimate, they upgraded my heaters at no charge to me. When he told me they would come out and replace them at 5 pm on a Tuesday it was because he knew I have three small children at home and he didn't want us to go without hot water for several days.



The second time, I called someone else hoping that they could deal with both irrigation and plumbing as I was not sure if was a leak at a spigot or a water heater. The other company I called never showed up. I decided to call JR's since they did the work on the water heaters. Within one hour of my call on a Friday afternoon (4 pm) Jason arrived and discovered it was actually a pipe running from one of our AC units which went under the water heaters. He charged me a standard "come and see" fee and fixed it for me.



I would recommend JR's plumbing without hesitation. Yes, there are bigger companies and maybe even cheaper (doubtful) companies around, but I have not found many companies in this area that provide such great service. Accessible, reasonable, pleasurable, and swift.
