Bj's Liquor

I went to BJ's liquor today to get some wine, Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon. They were out of the big bottles. I was on my way out when Jeffery Moore asked if I found everything. I responded how I was disappointed this was the 4th time they were out of this wine. Jeffery stated it was the distributor's fault and I should call them. I stated I would just go somewhere else. He stated they would appreciate if I did. At this point he came from around the counter and put his hand on me to escort me out. I asked him to remove his hand from me and continued outside, got into my truck while he is standing outside the store watching me. Customer service is horrible, out of stock merchandise multiple times, but the kicker is the bouncer attitude. Don't worry I will not be back and I will be sure all my friends know to go somewhere...anywhere else.

Great store! I LOVE that they expanded their wines compared to when they first opened. I think they have a great selection and the customer service has always been super! I go in often--since I live close by and even if I wasn't so close--it would still be my favorite liquor store in town. Plus, I've even had bulky purchases carried out to my car. I might never drive to Springdale again!

The store must have changed a lot since the first review because I can't agree with it. I found the selection of wine, liquor, and most importantly the craft beer to be very good. The staff was helpful and willing to expand their selection based on my requests. Their drive through is nice if your in a hurry but I prefer to go in and browse the beer wall.

Horrible attempt at a Liquor Store...was not satisfied at all. Didn't have much selection except for wine,which I don't drink! Plus they didn't have Jagur in a cooler it was on the shelf hot!! Did not like it. Will never go back!!
