Overall

These people don't even deserve a star rating! My husband saw a dog get hit this morning and took him to this vet for help. They wouldn't even check for a micro chip. They said they are not required to do so. They just turned this dog away. The dog did have a chip and is being taken care of by people who actually care! And owners are being contacted. I wish him a fast recovery. As far as this vet office goes....you should be ashamed and closed down!

Overall
99.9% sure cancer-I have never been wrong

He was wrong and took a 100 lb rottie's leg off that has a bad hip on her 'good' leg and it cannot hold up her weight without some one helping her. He will not return my call and his words were "well she will be with us for a long time. I see that he is moving to a new clinic. I know the $1000.00 he got from me is blood stained and will not be used to scare patients into useless surgery's that cause the dog's quality of life to be almost unberrable and in counstant pain with her hip on her Good leg. This is my story:

I took my dog into this clinic because it was recommended by the Rogers Human Society "Clay". and was told my dog had cancer in her leg and it needed to be immedatly removed. If I waited for the test results it would be too late. He said the last lady that he told that too her dog died within 60 days. He actualy showed my daughter the exrays and pointed out where it showed that it could already be masstisized to her heart.

As a medical professional, we are taught to never respond to reviews in a public forum, good or bad. I can empathize with this individuals situation. It is very unfortunate to pay a big bill and have a dead dog. What she does not tell you is that I came in on my day off to meet her when the dog was dying in the ice storm of 2009. I told her that she would not be responsible for any emergency call or office call, but only the amount to take care of her dogs remains. To this she verbally agreed. She also agreed to let me determine the cause of the dogs death if possible. Upon post-mortem examination of the dog, tissue samples were collected from the lungs and submitted for additional histopathology at my cost. Cancer was confirmed in these samples as was it confirmed in the original sample by a second pathologist. She never paid for cremation of her dog's remains, as well as any of the free services that i performed to determine the dogs death. This amounted to over $300 out of my own pocket. And finally, she spent only about 60% of the money that she claims to have at my clinic. Thanks to all who have read my side of the story. Eric P. Steinlage, DVM All Dogs Clinic, PLLC
